So sad to see children growing up without their mother. Thank heavens they have such a dedicated father, which is their true blessing. Age does not matter. Actions speak louder. A safer car is a great idea. Anything to lessen the burdens and worries for this man. Thank you so much for your help.
Isn’t it odd that our societies think a single father is more heroic than a single mother? Is it because we somehow think the mother is more suited for it, or because the fathers usually walk away? It seems to me a strong man can more easily provide for children on his own than a woman can, but it is very seldom seen.
It is true though...Biologically through thousands of years a Woman's maternal instinct is just not easily imitated! Yes, a father can do what needs to be done but nothing will replace a mother or father!! Men are built to do things women can't or are not good at, women are built for the things we're not good at or can't do! That's the soul purpose of a mother and father is it's a ying yang type of relationship!
@@aaronrodden8121 I love your comment. This is just a rant, not aimed at you💕 instincts are not as all consuming as one might think. Many women don’t even have that maternal instinct. And that’s not a bad thing. We should not be forcibly controlled by our animal instincts. We should be free NOT to procreate if that is what makes us truly happy. Instinct or no though, if a woman is a single mother she is first thought to be…somehow deserted (and therefore damaged goods) and/or maybe a little wanton (and therefore not “marrying material“) . If she walks away she is totally evil, a thing to be despised. If a man is a single father he is brave, heroic, beloved. Either the evil mother walked away or she died, which makes him even more of a saint. (I’m not saying he shouldn’t be, just that the hypocrisy is stark.) If he walks away it’s….🤷🏼♀️ nothing out of the ordinary. It’s what men do. It’s not surprising. That’s why I think no woman should be forced to give birth until she is ready to raise the child emotionally, physically, and financially. It is the single hardest thing anyone will ever have to do, and it is a lifetime commitment. Not to be taken lightly. I applaud the men who stay. The men who are loving fathers to their children. But I celebrate the women who are wise enough, practical enough, self aware enough to make life altering decisions based on what is not anyone’s business but her own.

They are all poor and have their own problems, this isn't some TV show like in America where all the neighbors help each other to build a new house. The extent of neighbours help most likely is giving some home grown foods when the mother died.
