It's always sad when a singer (or any performer) has an off day. A lot of work goes into what they do and they really care about what they're doing, for some they even feel it's their purpose in life so it must be absolutely devastating when it doesn't go to plan. I think as fans we forget that sometimes. Having said that, I feel like Jessie has had worse performances and better ones. I personally love her defying gravity vocals. For me they're her best and I would love to see her play Elphaba at some point. Seeing all your worst and best choices was interesting. I think all had pretty obvious reasons either way (even if I would have chosen some different moments). Anyway great video, I really enjoyed this and would love to see more like this.

Look, she wasn't creating much music, not developing as an artist but almost every day, she's booked for shows with no genuine rest in between. That was really really... I have no words.
It was really heartbreaking to see so many tired moments of hers around that time and even around 2019. I really hate her old management cuz of it especially after I saw this and her Dubai concert. Every time I would see her perform on tv or on shows, I’d always be nervous that her voice wasn’t in the best condition. Now, im just happy that shes more free and finally got the amount of rest she deserves + the original music releases and im certain she’ll have so much more to show in the upcoming years. Honestly wishing her the all best 😭
the vocal clip they showed wasn’t even live, it was tuned and didn’t match the actual performance. i just watched that x factor performance and she doesn’t even sing those notes.

Today he is much more balanced and puts the treble at the right time, without exaggeration. Also, now he only goes where he knows he has voice control. Since 2019 he has improved a lot.
