That makes no sense at all; they supply exactly the same voltage just have more capacity. I guess if you are meaning that you could run it too long because of the extra juice that would be it but it's nothing other that you could run it too long because of the extra juice maybe.

Not true. Voltage is the same just the available amp hours increases. Look at it as having a larger gas tank.
