My daughter has 4c hair and requested me to do her hair like this today. Your video will be paused and played 100 times later while I attempt this. Wish me luck!😂
Miss, your video was one I just happened to bump into. I watched the video from start to finish. Of my entire experience of watching videos on RUclips, only 3 times have I walked away truly learning something that will be of use in my life. Your video here was one of those three. For that I say “ thank you “.
It’s the first time I have come across you work. I normally binge watch videos of styling natural hair. But I have never seen someone do braids like this. The only thing I can say about your work is “genius”. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ it.
I havent braided in years and wanted to learn the new techniques for my granddaughters hair. Im so glad I came across your page and yes I have subscribed😊. You are so calm and detailed. You have a beautiful spirit. May God continue to Bless you in all that you do. Do your thing Queen! 🙏🏾🥰❤
I want to thank you. I tried doing this style on a clients hair and her hair curled up IMMEDIATELY!!! 😅 I have to do her hair over tomorrow and the clutch your video came in!!! Just three products and clear direct information. Thank you ☺️ Lord bless these hands tomorrow ❤❤❤❤
Thank you sooooooooooooooooo much for this video. My 12 year old daughter requested this hairstyle and your video came up first and it helped so much. I did so good on my first try. Thank you!
This stylist is very talented and gave a great tutorial. Well done! The bone structure and skin (without makeup) on the client/model is fabulous. Lovely Queen🥰
Im about to be that annoying ass fan lmao cause I swear you deserve WAY MORE recognition than it appears you're getting. I fuck with other braiders on youtube, I do, and will continue to but you.......you are officially the first person I go to for tutorials cause NO one explains the little details like you. No one. So thank you for that. Now I'll patiently wait for a detailed sleek ponytail video if there isn't already one lol
Exactly Tiffany same here I’ve seen this method before but not this well demonstrated. Thank you and again like Tiffany said if I have to play then replay until I get it so be. This excellent! Thx 🙏 u
Thank you so much. I never knew my hair could be so smooth. God Bless You for sharing. This is the first video I've seen on your channel. Now I'm a subscriber. Looking forward to more very helpful tips that actually work.
I love this tutorial. I'm good with the molding but the only issue I have is the nap area it always comes out loose -_- would u be able to go e advice on that ! Thank u so much for sharing your talents!!!
Instead of braiding all the way down. Pull the last piece of the clients hair up and into the braid when you get to the nape. Watch how I did it on the first braid
man, I wish I had seen this technique when my daughter had her hair braided all the time, when she was little. It would have made everything 100 times easier. amazing
How long do you recommend that these gorgeous braids stay in? Do you have the client comb back to remove the braids or do you suggest to them how to do it? the hair is beautifully sealed with the gels. Is there breakage and dryness at the takedown? Your client's hair texture is so beautiful and silky. What do you recommend to take down the braids to minimize breakage? Those braids are gorgeous because of SKILL, not because of unnecessary tightness. Great job. Thank you for sharing your process.
Thank you so much! I provide take down if the client requests but there’s really no issues with take down. Although the hair is molded, these “gels” do not harden the hair. They are like jam textures so there is no concern for breakage as long as you’re being gentle with your hair. The style can last up to 2 weeks with proper care of keeping it out of water and using a silk scarf and bonnet when sleep
I have light, soft and easily damaged Asian hair. I tried doing braids because I adore them and ended up with a terrible headache and migraine, and I pulled them out the same day! Do you have tips for braiding hair without damaging it or feeling a headache? I loved your braids so much 😍
As someone else suggested, use less tension. Don’t do braid too tightly. Take Advil for 2 to 3 days as directed on bottle, until scalp is less tender and headache is gone. Makes a huge difference. Good luck❤
Using JAM all over the head before applying a much thicker gel is very smart because after a while the jam melts away since it is not a thick formula therefore it is not hard to wash away the outer gel on the other hand shouldn’t be hard either as it is not throughout the entire head but I guess it really just depends on which product you choose to go with as she did say it’s solely up to you. Hope this helped 😊
Very pretty! I'm in desperate need of finding a product that will shine& smooth hold my hair down. I have mixed hair that sucks up any product, and difficult to moisturize.
Fantastic work. Did u use the same amount of extension hair pieces all the way down? It would make more sense to me if it was, that way the cornrow is not to big I would think! Anyway beautiful work.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🤣
I BARELY got the feed-in part! Then you want to add some pinky-finger action to it and further confuse me! 😂😂😂 love this, sis! Going to try this on my 8 year old today. Her braider cancelled 😢
I just came across your work is so neat I am also a braided, I tried this style but didn’t get it and in this part of the world I am we don’t have such nice products😢 I don’t know how I can get it to my location, please I will be on the comment section for help
I learned something new I was to cheap to buy the other shine hood stuff but I’ll definitely pick some up. I feel like these type products get greasy after a few hours and don’t hold but at the same time they dry out my clients hair 😫. What do you do to keep it from dying out the clients hair and do you experience the melting into a greasy texture.
Much easier having someone do it or doing someone else. The real challenge with doing so many styles being done by someone else is doing same on yourself!
My daughter has 4c hair and requested me to do her hair like this today. Your video will be paused and played 100 times later while I attempt this. Wish me luck!😂

I really enjoyed your video. The braids came out so beautiful! My grandmother taught me how to braid when I was little, and I’m so grateful to her.
Notice how thickly the person hair is meaning to make her hair laid down slick all the hair gel was truly necessarily this why she's the Braider!
Love this technique!! Thank you for this tutorial!!!
