For those wondering about ownership in japan, it isn't outright banned to own firearms, but it is difficult to be approved. Even if you properly apply and have everything required, it isn't a guaranteed right there, so you can be denied for essentially any/no reason. The requirements are: 1. "Genuine reason", which is most often hunting, but target shooting is also accepted, even moreso if it's for a sporting club. Art collection is also *sometimes* accepted, like if they're antique firearms or well-designed art pieces with engravinngs and such. 2. Must be 18+ 3. Criminal and civil background check including mental health and any drug use records. 4. Third-party character references to vouch for your sanity, reason, personality, etc. 5. No records of domestic violence or *implied* record of domestic violence (such as repeated disturbance calls/hospital trips but no charges filed) 6. Mandatory safety course(s) 7. Renewal of license every 3 years. Licensees are restricted on number of firearms and ammunition they can own at one time. (The wording makes it seem like you can technically apply for multiple licenses, as it says "one firearm *per license*, but I can't find any reliable translation on that part).
We got the same thing as these, except the renewal is annual..? At least as far as I know. Concealed carry isn't allowed, and you need a separate permit to move your gun anywhere besides your house (say if you're carrying it on your car to go to and from shooting ranges, for example). It's also mostly just pistols that are allowed? Automatics are outright banned, and higher caliber guns and rifles (and shotguns) require even more permits.
It's very similar in the UK too, guns aren't outright banned, but it's very difficult to own a gun just to own one. Any criminal record will disqualify you and you need a valid reason to possess a firearm, also you'll need proper storage and be subject to random searches.
This is hilarious, but is it a bit? I never heard yellow kettle struggle over English words like this, but this is the second time I've seen Henya do it.
I think in some cases it's a bit, because she'll say the word perfectly the next time. She likes to say as both yellow and as purpose kettle that English is her second language but it isn't it's her first language as she was born in the US and raised here and then at a young age moved to JP. I think what is happening is that she has become so used to speaking Japanese that she is forgetting some of the particulars of english grammar and pronounciation. For all that Henya stays home, she actually gets out a bit. She recently admitted to going to a buffet. This startled Kson who has been trying to get her out of her house. (I think KSon herself intimidates Henya so Henya is avoiding her)
The HenTai are a very prestigious orgasmation as well, i do agree.

Brilliant Kettle does it again.
Kettle and Shork sharing the same brain cell even though they've never met. 😂

"Org as a nation"
is this what a stroke feels like?
Don't be too hard on her, English uses tongue and mouth positions the Japanese don't use, so some of our phonetics are extremely difficult for them

Yes but... she's a semi-native English speaker 😂 still I won't hold it against her lol
Words are hard 😂
