One of the best PBA telecasts I can ever remember watching. Can't believe it's been 17 years since it happened!!!!
First and only bowling tournament I've ever been to in person! So much fun!
By far one of the greatest shows in PBA history. Jam packed crowd! The storylines are just crazy Former POTY Mika, Walter Ray going for 41 titles, Patrick Allen in his prime, Chris barnes coming off like 8 major tv losses. Hard to beat this one!
Edit: Also probably the hardest pattern the PBA has ever put out, and the first broadcast after Dick Weber's passing. I know mentioned the storylines earlier but jeez
Great comment
Really good job enhancing the quality!
Pretty sure this isn't enhanced quality it's the original quality/lowest generation/nearly lossless source footage
This really goes to show how much the sport has changed in the last 17 years, with all the new equipment, and better coaching as young bowlers. These guys are great. The fact that they could do so much without the advantages of today's players is really something.
이야 PBA4사람 내가 다좋아하는 볼링선수라서 이동영상 너무 재미있다!!!!!
What a telecast. Loaded with Bowling royalty.
“IT’S A NEW SEASON WITH A DIFFERENT OUTCOME, BROTHA! YEAH! yEaH!!! WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THAT?!!!”
😂
Thanks for the transcription! Allen's attitude as a result of the roll-off was rather arrogant!
Those dancers... lol.
That was a damned close final 2 games.
Patrick Allen was one bowler I couldn't stand to watch...the Sean Rash of the early 2000s lol
I couldn’t stand Pete Weber early 2000s and later in the 2010s. I always viewed Patrick Allen as a tone down version of PDW.
@@MilkyTheMan I can't stand Chris Barnes and his fake forced "nice guy" persona. Look at how cocky he was when he won his first title, with the same ferocity as PDW and Sean Rash. That was one factor that negatively affected his mental game.
@@omegavladosovich6757 Chris Barnes cocky attitude cost him so many titles during this time but he’s tone down a lot as he’s gotten older. He is one of my favorites to watch even with his attitude back when he was cocky. PDW Is one that my family couldn’t stand and hope he lost, when Pete has bitch about belmo’s towel being on his ball my parents said “ grow up you big ass baby” Lmaoo
PA Is a Great Bowler. 👍💯
@@MilkyTheManPete backed up his talk. That’s why I never had a problem with it
It was the best stepladder finals in the U.S. Open

Def part of the HOF Brat Pack, Weber, Couch, PA, and most recently Simo.
Back when real bowlers bowled

Yeah I had to stop watching a few years ago when the PBA brought in all the fake bowlers.
They're so annoying with all the yelling and trash talk. At least many 2 Handed Bowlers are class (maybe except for Simonsen) and they keep their cool instead of trash talk like they're in a wrestling match
@@PinoyBowlerGS92that’s because the pba thinks bringing in those guys will create rivalries. The intention was for viewers to keep watching.
As ha
P A is not that good wow!
I THINK SEAN RASH IS MY FAVORITE PROFESSIONAL BOWLER WAY MORE BETTER THAN JASON BELMO IS A YUCKY PROFESSIONAL BOWLER OF ALL TIME!
Patrick Allen is annoying AF.
