I am a 25 year old female, and i have no shame is saying that I grew up loving Sting, and he was pretty much my super hero. Was born and raised in Atlanta, and went to many WCW shows.
Sting to me is the equivalent of The Undertaker in my opinion. Around the time many WWF personel were leaving to go to WCW, Undertaker remained loya and didnt go to WCW. When WCW keeled over and layed on its back, Sting remained loyal and didnt go to WWE. Two dark characters, two honorable and admirable men. Now comes the question: It has been said that WWE will be releasing a DVD about The Icon. Will this foreshadow his possible and much expected debut in the WWE?
well anyway, WWE and sting have a good relationship. they use his name on the air wen ever talkin bout ric flair. they also call him a legend, so they probably just did him a favor by helping him with his movie
wwe had made plans to put out a sting documentary this year, but yanked it off the 2008 schedule once sting resigned with tna. vince isnt going to promote a guy who works for the competition
@kmcook01 Oh, well i mean, 80's Hulk, had such a s,a small move-set. Scoop Slam, Clotheline, Leg drop, etc. i doubt it would be a good fight. Austin on the other hand has a huge moveset which can be applied and used amazing any time.
ya sting owns anything he is in, just like jesse ventura sued to get his commentary out of the wwe. sting just lets them use his name and his matches, and in return they let him use his matches for stuff like this. even though he was wit TNA
warrior has no one to blame but himself if vince wants to shit on him, just look at his shoot video and u can tell that years later warrior has no real interest in the wrestling business yet he never had any problems cashing the checks it gave him. The only thing u can really say bout sting is he just has no desire to want to work for vince and u have to respect his wishes... even though it prob cost him a big pay day agaisnt guys like shawn, triple h, edge and undertaker
Sting will probably never go to WWE. He didn't like how they did business and that's why he didn't go to wwe after the death of wcw. He says so himself in interviews.
@1loverants itz only rumors... and nothing else... becuz sting once said he would never do have a business relationship with mcmahon&co and as u see, wwe will never be without mcmahon, therefor sting will never be in wwe
Sometimes. Not like he used to on the wire though. They tried something similar with one of the new characters Suicide though. Nowadays all he does is pop up out of nowhere!
this was released before he joined TNA. i saw it at a Christian book store a few years ago. it has something to do with the fact that he's a Christian.
@DanTheManHatesYoutub Maaaaaan Sting had more good matches in 1989 alone than Taker has had in his whole 21 year run. And I'm not even trying to knock Taker.
99% of rumors in wrestling are real :( Spesh when they deal with contract switches like you describe :( i think it will happen but no one knows anything yet for even a rumor to start. The only reason i think he will wrestle the undertaker is because its such a HUGELY talked about match and both men have said they would kill to wrestle each other. Hope we do get to see it :)
@kmcook01 Well, Hogan can't wrestle, period, he couldn't do it 15 years ago, he can't do it now. And Austin has had so many injuries that have ruined his back, neck, and knees. These two in a match would be horrible. No offense to them.
Ummm, how? Please enlighten me how a Crow Brandon Lee looking, Hulk Hogan wannabe in his earlier career (he even hailed from "Venice Beach....c'mon...) compare to the Undertaker??
Sting is too cool
I am a 25 year old female, and i have no shame is saying that I grew up loving Sting, and he was pretty much my super hero. Was born and raised in Atlanta, and went to many WCW shows.
"Lint." "Too much Lint on one side throws my ballance off in the ring"
LOL!
I've got this DVD autographed by the man Steve Borden himself..
that would be an awesome Wresltmania match Sting vs the Undertaker
At 5:45, Sting is ice cold.
That reporter guy looks like he's about to piss his pants.
Sting Rulezzzz.
Thanks for uploading this movie. I've wanted to see it for a long time.
sting already flat out said there is no way in hell he is gonna work for vince
This aged pretty poorly didn’t it? 😂
@@18BlackLungCallahan99 lmao sure did!
i always watched raw and i alway remember checking in on nitro to see if sting was on lol cuz sting was so cool.
They used to have a square ring when they first started.
What the hell is this? I thought it was going to be a documentary about Sting
People can scream Sting vs Undertaker is THE dream match all you want. Everybody KNOWS Austin vs Hogan is THE ULTIMATE dream match.
😂 no
True that.
Sting to me is the equivalent of The Undertaker in my opinion. Around the time many WWF personel were leaving to go to WCW, Undertaker remained loya and didnt go to WCW. When WCW keeled over and layed on its back, Sting remained loyal and didnt go to WWE. Two dark characters, two honorable and admirable men.

yeh da billding is da tempassee fairgrounds but da shot of da crowb taking frum somewhere els
@proddster True. I've recelntly read up on the DVD plan and Vince has indeed pulled it from production.
sting looks pissed off in this
I heard this movie doesn't even show what sins Sting committed so you don't understand his conversion at all.
ACtually I believe their paths have crossed when the undertake was in WCW under his real name
female wrestling fans are awesome i salut ya sister :)
lol back wen tna had square rings
@mindchanger912 it is a wrestlecrap induction. I found out about it on wrestlecrap and looked it up on youtube.
yeah, I seen the Suicide entrance
@BrainStorm88 well thank you! :)
around 2004 i think, the release date of the dvd was 2004
Dude, that wrestling ring in the video is clearly the old four sided TNA wrestling ring, and he's facing Jeff Jarrett, so it's clearly the TNA period.
It is sort of. It's Sting playing himself in the true story about his life as a professional wrestler.
@66619Devil so right
they were on tv when they had the 4 sided ring, back then Vince Russo was running shit.
so funny to read all these comments, to think you were all wrong and he did go to the WWE lol
well anyway, WWE and sting have a good relationship. they use his name on the air wen ever talkin bout ric flair. they also call him a legend, so they probably just did him a favor by helping him with his movie
for get sting vs undertaker what about Sting vs Shawn Micheals ! ;)
i think if bret hart and the rock came back anything is possible
wwe had made plans to put out a sting documentary this year, but yanked it off the 2008 schedule once sting resigned with tna. vince isnt going to promote a guy who works for the competition
@kmcook01 Oh, well i mean, 80's Hulk, had such a s,a small move-set. Scoop Slam, Clotheline, Leg drop, etc. i doubt it would be a good fight.
Austin on the other hand has a huge moveset which can be applied and used amazing any time.
@shameelsafiq Point taken, but that is why it's called a "Dream Match". Two guys in their respective primes. Mid 80's Hogan vs late 90's Austin.....
ya sting owns anything he is in, just like jesse ventura sued to get his commentary out of the wwe. sting just lets them use his name and his matches, and in return they let him use his matches for stuff like this. even though he was wit TNA

ya that may be true, but sting owns the right to the clips with him in it. ;)
in TNA, does sting still come down from the rafters?
This only wrestler I liked better than Sting when I was little was
@gildrop how come?
Would'nt it be cool 2 actully c that match?
I would so pay full price 2 c that!
@TheUltimateDT i think sting was in wwf with blond hair
last match as in his contract is up?
Sting will probably never go to WWE. He didn't like how they did business and that's why he didn't go to wwe after the death of wcw. He says so himself in interviews.
jb looks funny
@1loverants itz only rumors... and nothing else... becuz sting once said he would never do have a business relationship with mcmahon&co and as u see, wwe will never be without mcmahon, therefor sting will never be in wwe
@66619Devil I hear rumor of Sting switching to WWE before he retires. If that happens, I hope Sting vs Undertaker, Wrestlamania 29, 20-1.
Yeah it's JB
but it's about Sting
i think he had been wit tna in some way, everytime they showed a wrestling thing, it was TNA. but anyway, ya thats wat it is about
Sometimes. Not like he used to on the wire though. They tried something similar with one of the new characters Suicide though. Nowadays all he does is pop up out of nowhere!
Sting Is Pretty Much The Only Big Name Person In Wrestling That Hasn't Been In WWE
this was released before he joined TNA.
i saw it at a Christian book store a few years ago.
it has something to do with the fact that he's a Christian.
*Face palm at 99% of the Christians on this videos comments*
@66619Devil I'd actually love to see Undertaker lose
This movie sucked so hard. It's nothing but montages of stock footage.
I think he needs to try again to tell his story. I feel its important.
Was that Jeremy Borash? I'm trying to figure this thing out. Is this about WCW, TNA or Sting?
On TV?
when was this made?
no sting doesn't do that much anymore in tna
wat abot icon v.s. icon yea sting v.s. hbk
was this in tna or wcw period
sting>undertaker
Um actually he does say what his sins were and now he found god and is drug free^^
@DanTheManHatesYoutub Maaaaaan Sting had more good matches in 1989 alone than Taker has had in his whole 21 year run. And I'm not even trying to knock Taker.
Because it is TNA.
its borash
or is this like a movie or sumthing
no he doesn't. WCW owned all the footage which WWE owns. WWE has Sting's matches on their website for sale because they own them.
Lol Borash.
im not bein dumb, unlike the guy below me. im just really confused on wat this is. is this stings biography realeased by TNA. or wat is it exactly
@StringerRequiem Sting will beat the Undertaker anytime it is scripted. Undertaker will beat Sting anytime it is scripted.....
Vince did claim he was God once. Was it a storyline? Yes. But would a Christian have used that storyline? I doubt it.
@XSC3 cool sorry then
Never gonna happen, certainly not at Wrestlemania 25.
@66619Devil and its prolly never gonna happen
What? They Have All Been In WWE So Idk What Yur Talking About
@kmcook01 Well, Hogan can't wrestle, period, he couldn't do it 15 years ago, he can't do it now.
Beyond the Mat was good... but Children of Men? Give me a break.
Almost as bad a Fireproof. Why doesn't God ever bless any of these filmmakers (term used loosely) with just a bit of talent?
Unacceptable poor sound quality. Please take this video down as you are wasting peoples time. thx u.
