Я тоже похоже делаю, но советую, если у вас толстая форма, подогреть её, чтобы она была горячая, тогда вылить в неё первую половину теста, оно немного запечётся, тогда ложить любые фрукты или ягоды и они не провалятся на дно формы, затем выливать вторую порцию теста. Это мой личный опыт. Из Беларуси.

Я тоже похоже делаю, но советую, если у вас толстая форма, подогреть её, чтобы она была горячая, тогда вылить в неё первую половину теста, оно немного запечётся, тогда ложить любые фрукты или ягоды и они не провалятся на дно формы, затем выливать вторую порцию теста. Это мой личный опыт. Из Беларуси.

Вниз два яблоками дольками, корицу, сахарку пару ложек а в тесто меньше, чем 150 грамм, можно 80 г . Сверху вишню, смородину или малину, клубнику замороженные, и супер будет, а в тесто сливочное масло, а не растительное, дорогая. а потом сверху вишню

Zuckermenge ist in fast allen Rezepten zuviel ! Ich mag nicht so süß. Bei 150 g nehme ich alternativ ca.110g ! Das funktioniert
