House looks incredibly beautiful, sensibly architectured, made pragmatically green with local specious and most importantly, planned brilliantly to cool it down with the cheeky idea of effective air circulation. Trying to imagine how wonderful it would be to stay here. God bless the owners, architects and all others who created this masterpiece.
It’s a simple and well planned house as per owner requirements. I like it’s a mixture of modern and traditional
Excellent decision by the house owners.
No ' so called trendy things '
Good tastes never go out of fashion !
Congrats for the New home.
I cant find any friendliness to ecology here. Please don't misinterpret eco friendliness and confuse people. as an architect you have a commitment to the society in educating them the right things about sustainability. You could just call it a "well ventilated house" instead of eco house.
Irfan bhai...sahi kaha apne😁😁
VERY WELL SAID
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾you are correct. Well architecture but Eco friendly ?????.nice house and change their life as civil engineer told. 🤗
The 'ECO HOUSE' built by cutting a hill and furnished by cutting the trees....btw the house looks good.
Irony 😂
😂😂😂😂😀
😥
🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
Using wood for framing or building houses is much more sustainable than using other framing materials such as steel or aluminium. Wood is a renewable resource while others use a ton of energy and hence have an enormous amount of carbon footprint. Hope this helps you understand that 'eco houses' should ideally use renewable resources like wood.
Beautiful house . Always a dream . Unfortunately Never got the right person / right resource at the right time .
Awesome architecture. Stunning interior. Beautiful home 🏡
Finally, happy to see someone maintaining the natural landscape and local flora. I have always thought why it is essential to bring in foreign species and make it look all so artificial, to make a landscape "trendy". We have a lot of local options here if you are ready to think creatively.
What was the plant that you saw at the entrance....natural flora...there is a limit to fool people...
There is no ecofriendliness...and there is no natural flora....just a moderately good looking woman...
Just a normal house which keralites used to make .
How can you call it an eco house ... when you demolish the natural lanscape of the property?? This construction have natural ventilation, thats it.
Exactly
The violin add in between moved me to tears 🙏
It's a beautiful house,a dream home, so open so airy, wonderful to see the wood and bricks and greens co habit in this vast place! So blessed are the owners to have such a big property by god's grace
Really amazing architecture 😍💐
Beautiful house ... Yes its energy efficient and close to eco friendly house...
Beautiful 😍 😘 I love it!! Simple, minimalist, airy....
Such a well-designed, aesthetic & stylish house.
I like this! Earthy and comforting look.
Nice house. Eco-friendly is a bit of a stretch, in Kottayam, temperatures never exceed 32 degrees, and winds blow throughout the year making an AC redundant when one has large windows and high ceilings like our old traditional houses.
@Geo:
In most parts of Kerala, it's the humidity that makes it appear that the temperature is around 40°C.
32°C would be in an area surrounded by trees. It wouldn't be the max. temperature in Kottayam.
ഇങ്ങനെയും ഒരു കോട്ടയമോ...37 ഡിഗ്രി ഒക്കെ നൈസ് ആയിട്ടു വരുന്നുണ്ട് ബ്രോ
Most beautiful this eco friendly house l like very much for the house.
Eco house means it should feel organic and should throw a light of soul at every corner of the architecture....I don't feel anything of that sort here......it's just an other good piece of good work I can say ..
Excellent Design... Love This...
Definitely not an ecohouse. Sustainability and ecofriendliness is questionable here.
"Ecohouse" was tagged probably in the video to increase the views.
Lovely simple beautiful , so well designed & as the lady said eco friendly homes lack look but here that's not the case .
Beautiful home 🏡❤️
Ehsaan Bhai sab khairiyat se hai na ?
This is one of prettiest houses I have ever seen
just saying ecofriendly repeatedly does not make this house ecofriendly.
True
May be echo friendly😄
It is a smartly built house with good air circulation and natural light. The best eco friendly part is keeping all trees, allowing ground water penetration and planting some local species
I agree
Haha yes
Beautifully designed 👌👌👌
Beautifully done … presentation is excellent with nice BGM … I think the anchor’s hairstyle is also sustainable 😜 Nice video 🙏♥️🙏
Zabardast House, good mix architecture of both modern and traditional.
It's different and practical by the owner nice
Awesome... Rarely you see a well planned and beautiful home
It’s really amazing I am love in it
We don’t need external light , but we need light while shooting video 😂. Lol
😄🤣😄🤣💡🕯🔦
Excellent plan 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😍😍😍
Love the furniture
I would love to build a house like this...
The first thing that caught my eye, Kiko Arguello's painting.
Have seen this home in Buildofy channel. Loved the concept. Super Architecture.
My point exactly. Nobody seem to care about that.
Beautiful!!
Beautiful house .
Very good information. Worth the watch. Keep watching till the end for the interesting information. The beginning might seem underwhelming. But the video gets much better.
Beautiful house ..
Nicely done video... Loved the design as well...
Wow beautiful
Beautiful 👑 jus my type of house I wanted ❤ modern design's gves me headaches honestly 😊ws jus showing tis 2 sme1❤my architect cousin 😊
Maybe because viewers are not familiar with the concept, nobody had anything to say about the '𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧'.
The wind tower (also called
𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳) is a traditional architectural element used to create cross ventilation and passive cooling in buildings.
For centuries wind towers have been used for ventilation and cooling of buildings in the hot and arid or humid areas.
(I've worked in Saudi Arabia and it's part of the traditional architecture there.)
Beautiful house
Love This
Wow for the interior 😍❤️. But elevation is spoiled the beauty of the building.
Beautiful😍
Kudos to the architect. What material is used for the flooring? Also how much is the plot size?
My favourite ❤ style
Excelent!💙🙏🥰💚⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Beautiful
Wow. Can a similar concept be possible in a 3/4 ground?
Beautiful house 🏡
inspiring. So good to see so many well thought out solutions. Different. What a beautiful home/location.
Dream house 🏠 😍
This is what kerala needs in future. Here most houses have windows . But not open.
Tiles, granite, wooden doors and wooden furniture's... I don't really understand why do you calls this an eco friendly house?
It's a beatiful house,love the design.
Good home
Very nicely done. House longevity may need more maintenance. Due to climate uncertainty.
I live in Sri Lanka with an environment very much similar to that of Kerala. I am very impressed with your concept and wonder whether you could help make a similar plans in a similar environment like in Sri Lanka
Nothing Eco about this. It's just gives you feeling.
Nice concept..
Liked it..
But just wanna ask.. we are from western rajasthan and we faces dry hot air from desert around 6~8 month in a year.. so do you have any plan to control these dry and hot air s during the summers.. how you we build a cool house in deserrt
Excellent
Beautiful house. Always wanted to live in these type of house but unfortunately I am in Delhi..a concrete hot jungle.
Great Initiative🙌🙌🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏
lovely lovely lovely
Nice interior , very lovely look n very airy, good👍 how much interior cost for this house?
7:00 not showing the bedroom exhaust system. Please show if possible!
nice
Madam iska budget kitna aya??❤️🥰
ખૂબ જ સારુ અને કુદરતી વાતાવણ વાળું છે.🙏👌
നല്ല വീട്. 👍🏼
Hi, can i get video link which capture the complete home from beginning to end.. am more interested to see. Thanks
Loved it!
Is it made of rammed earth? How is it a Sustainable build? Natural cooling is more energy efficient for sure! Did you make sure that the house is built so that it faces the correct direction for sun exposure?
Supper 👌
Can I know where to buy the greyish two seater? It’s very elegant.
Eco house, you didnot say about any 3R uses...so it is good and excellent design and work. Keep the design and interior more focus to use of Reuse Reduce and Recycle material for the constructions .
That can more reduce the Carbonless and increase the ecological sustainability .
Hi plz tell where did u buy ur dining table
Appreciated
Where do i get the layout of the building?
👌👌
I didn’t see much sustainability in it other than big windows which for some strange reasons people do not open it
😆
mosquitoes
Exactly 😂😂
Right. Same thoughts.
Whats the per sqft cost and whats the total built up area of this project
What is the area of the plot on which the house is built and what is the carpet area of the house ?
I appreciate the Skilled Architectural and Civil work ,But please don't keep saying Eco Friendly 😀 😊
Mashallha
Please add captions
What is the flooring used here, can you please share the exact model?
Good
Really confused how are we naming a house which has huge wood work done by cutting trees. 🤔🤔 Is this Eco friendly, Environment friendly, Sustainable Houses are incorrectly used.
You are trying to change the meaning of eco friendly
loved the house and its design. I wonder if the interiors of a 25 year old home can be altered such that it can remain naturally ventilated...
@Mahadevan Sivaramakrishnan:
Of course. Many people have the interior re-done - adding storage/wardrobes, attached bathrooms, etc., while maintaining the external appearance.
I am seriously searching for a builder like this In mysore ...
Hi. Well done. Can you let me know what’s the total plot/land area and what is the super built up and carpet area? Just trying to get a sense of the space required for something like this.
How many year is it estimated to stand on??
