Never hear of them. > from google> Steel Panther is an American comedic glam metal band from Los Angeles, California. They are known for their profane and humorous lyrics as well as their exaggerated onstage pastiche of the stereotypical glam metal lifestyle.
I will now have to find them Arigatou gozaimasu sensei. I love learning from you. Your crazy.

    Personnal I'd go -
    1) all you can eat (strongest tracks)
    2) feel the steel (strong. I personally like the derivative nature of the songs)
    3) balls out. Good but never felt it had any really stand out tracks.
4,5,6) the rest. Really feel they ran out of ideas. Riffs were weak. Vocals seemed quite phoned in. Never really got swept up the last 3 albums. LIVE IN Roxxy's mom's garage (or whatever it's called) is pretty good though.

Thanks man. Yeah the first 3 albums are all very strong I think.

Mate, to be absolutely honest I really struggle with their music. I don't find it offensive at all, I think (like you do) they are excellent musicians but I struggle with the way they parody the glam metal genera by almost making it a joke...a laughing stock if you will.
I love glam metal as a complete genera...
always have, always will but these guys just grate on me with their sleeze and almost disrespect for the whole era of this music. I'd far rather spend my time listening to the likes of Tora Tora, White Lion, Firehouse or Steelheart than this stuff.
Just my opinion for what its worth.

Fair enough mate. I respect your opinion. I think they are pretty reverential to the genre tho and have paid their dues. Cheers buddy
