It was nice and could still be wonderful to live in but Lexin owns the Town Center and has refused to do any maintenance and its now a mess.

I heard it was built with very cheap materials and is falling apart - just like a set.

I had a friend who hated living in Celebration.He said it was fake and phony like a movie set with no actors.He moved back up north, saying he disliked the politics of Florida.

Do you really have to show your ID at Celebration city parks?

I'm not aware of that rule. I don't recall having to show ID when I was living there.
