Great work and presentation! At 27:39, the local optima is a minimum AEP. Isn't the purpose to find the maximum AEP instead of minimum AEP?

Yes that's right. Perhaps not super clear in the video, but Jared was pointing to the peak in the middle noting that that was a local maximum.
