I'm at wit's end having virtually no hair on top, edges and nape. Only rear crown and back is now left. Yet most people say go bald. And dermatologists (in this northeastern Tennessee region have no clue how to treat this "rare form" of alopecia (Centrifugal Cicatricial Alopecia that primarily affects Black females). And one dermatologist stated, there is no research being conducted thus far as to its cause [which didn't surprise me, of course]. And wigs just make my head sweat to no end!

So we need our fellow sisters throughout the nation to HELP!!! Whether online outreach, direct mail outreach or establishing shops in rural towns which is SORELY NEEDED & the US SBA & Score want to help finance such businesses now, I just found out!!! I too have suffered extreme hair loss and being told, "Maybe just go bald." AS IF MALES ATTRACTED TO THAT. 🙄 Yet, wigs/wig pieces cause unnerving sweat sessions!!! Now having no hair at any edge just in back and slightly up to crown I just wear equally HOT hats, etc all the time which is tiring. No clump of hair on top of my head. So these styles were of no help.
