Yes, the part at 2:05 is difficult to explain. Maybe she did some of the runs in a second pass, as if there were two harps together on the set.
Or I just don't see how she does it.
Everything else is done by her on her own. She can use both hands to play the strings, for which you would need two guitarists to play the same. But you can see how she does it. It's an incredible control of both hands, wow. Together with the feet to switch the pedals when a note changes a half tone up or down. It's not like a piano with strings (keys) for each half tone.
