Hi, by verifiable fact, it is meant, you don’t need to believe my words, you can prove it to yourself and rely on zero belief in another’s explanation, purely the direct experience. What is being shared isn’t belief, it is objectively verifiable by all people, that is how certainty arrives in the heart and a person elevates from believer to knower.

All the holy Saints of every tradition contemplated a lot.. So there's always been a bridge of deep Understanding. So this has been the sequence : Belief ==> Understanding ==> Experiential knowing. Now, I'll share an example. It's purpose is to help us directly verify _Wahadat Al Wujood_ or complete Oneness of Life, or that we're all connected at the core of our Being.

Not that . Allah is allah . Allah only truly exists . We are in that , thinking so many things and feeling separated . We are in that. Nothing separate but various expression. The separation rise fear , and ignorance . We are humans, surely not Allah , but when you completely surrender to allah , you can see & feel the wahadatul woojud , the vast ground of oneness . Never say i am or someone else is allah . I am: is fake , rise in our mind from ignorance . You are truly not there but truly absolutely Allah exists . I am rise in our mind , this is ego.
Allah is allah . Ever existence, no death , birth , start , end , free from time space illusion . If you come out of your cocoon of ego , you get freed and enlight your wisdom to what is
Basically discover , you ( the me or human ) are truly not there , only an absolute existence lives forever . Our death birth , good bad , are cinematic.
