its a factory neon option that very rare and desirable in the neon community,when I was 17 I had a neon with the delete and always loved it because nobody else ever has it..plus it helps with wind drag even tho its minor
these things don't have drain cock valves ?
Aftermarket radiator does have one but its a pain in the ass l,its a big ass bolt
