2 make a list by using data validation
3 apply FIND formula
4 apply ISNUMBER formula
5 next step is to be combined both FIND & ISNUMBER formula

Normally we are not specify 2 things in the same cell. for example if I am working on a sheet and want to highlight cells (as you had shown) on male female basis or regular or defaulter customers, how can we get results as we are having a separate column for such information. It is only for 2 names, if we need more than 5 to 10 names to find and highlight then how we have to do it, please teach us,
