Whites 71% of the population (48% of the jail pop.) Blacks 13% of the population (37%of the jail pop.) In mid October 2024 there is an example of this bias in Phoenix Az. Where, I think it was a Circle K gas station - Mini Mart called the police for a white man causing a disturbance, somehow the police attacked, beat, Tazed and arrested a deaf black man with CP Then charged the black man with felonies. Instead of looking at the security camera and getting the facts for themselves the (police) listen to the white man who was the culprit. How is this not bias?????????????
