Sì, esiste una legge del genere, ma non indica quanto il dipendente dovrebbe aumentare lo stipendio dei dipendenti. Si raccomanda di aumentare la toppa in base al tasso di inflazione, ma la maggior parte delle organizzazioni non segue queste raccomandazioni 🤷🏻‍♀️
