My husband uses the dog proof traps to catch raccoons in our Barn. He's caught appx 50! They are so destructive, he had no choice! Returned her cage and saw the wealthy home she lives in with 5 car garage filled with exotic cars in each garage. Wow, I should have brought the Raccoon 🦝 back to his Party House !!!
the owner should have his her dog on a leash-so many things worse could have happened to the dog, LOCAL LEASH LAWS are LAWS for a reason but common sense should be the dogs owners priority
I have to stop this video because I had to add my comment. Every time I meet a warden (managers of our wildlife), it’s like I just met a new best friend. I could probably write 200 pages of how lucky we are to have people like this but I’ll lay it out on the table. Maine Florida tied with Montana West Virginia Alabama Pennsylvania New York Ohio Followed up Indiana. Sadly I don’t get to Maine or Montana that often. But every state seems to find the perfect warden. I honestly think the Florida guy is avoiding me because I ask him about this or that (fish and game related), but I’m sure lucky to have met these men and women. 2025, hello Arkansas, Minnesota and North/South Dakota.

My father was an old trapping pro, we always used aluminum foil we both ran a traplines and we were making a killing on hides
Sardines are awesome and great for your heart. The brand you have are from the Baltic Sea North of Poland.
More police officers should strive to be game wardens.
I am glad those deer don't go to waste.
I've always had good luck with the wardens here in Wisconsin.
Marshmallows are the best !!! They go crazy for them
"Be careful about using drags" "Yea" dont kiss up to him! If its legal than use it, he aint the law maker!
Cool to find Denny Hamlin’s outdoor channel
Smoked Sardines with a bit of SALT 😋🤤
Free legal advice I normally charge $400 an hour for. Never meet the pigs at your house.
How is it free legal advice if you charge 400 an hour
a deer?!! Hell yes! yum!
If it was a legally set trap and 500yards from the dog owner's property line... I would say it is the dog owner's responsibility to control the dog, not yours. But if you are aware they're unresponsible dog owners in the area and the Warden seems to want to hold you responsible??? you may want to try DP(dog proof) traps for raccoon to avoid headaches.
The worst the could try for is by saying the trail it was set on was commonly used by domestic animals but it probably would not fly.
You see a lot of videos about nasty game wardens. But I have had them check my lines and all were like yours, helpful and polite. Guess they only get nasty when you break the law.
How could you pass up on that deer?!
Me and my dad use marshmallows and we poor a little vanilla extract in the trap with them. It works really well
Very fun video. I haven't had too much success trapping raccoons, but I usually just use lure, marshmallows, and fish oil. Also what part of PA do you live in, because I haven't seen any snow on the ground this year xD
Canned cat food works for me
Ya I know for once everyone else is getting snow but us haha, I like the snow
Marshmallows -- they love them.
Sardines on toast them in tomato sauce little bit of vinegar and salt and pepper.😋
dude was super chill
Two words,Leash Law
I worked at DNR years ago and a woman caught a Raccoon using. Rum in the Raccoon trap. Apparently he and his buddy's were caught swimming in her hot tub and drinking liquor from her outdoor bar. I couldn't stop laughing when I heard what the Raccoon 🦝 in trap had done. LOL 😂
She said she brought our Raccoon back to our State Park to release him and bring the trap back to her house.
Seriously. He's a hunting dog. In the woods. Well trained . don't even watch these videos if your an I can't say
@@mikemontgomery7337 only during open season stupid
Raccoons love shiny things
You must be Denny Hamlins brother. Love your videos though
Cat food catches cats 😅
At the 8:00 min. mark I had to stop and say ...son they all lie, ok....
42k subscribers and dude can only come up with one person to call.... use the power of the Internet my dude.
Peanut butter and sardine sammies are the best eating!
I have to stop this video because I had to add my comment. Every time I meet a warden (managers of our wildlife), it’s like I just met a new best friend. I could probably write 200 pages of how lucky we are to have people like this but I’ll lay it out on the table.
Maine
Florida tied with Montana
West Virginia
Alabama
Pennsylvania
New York
Ohio
Followed up Indiana.
