Moa “Cazzi Opeia” Carlebecker är en svensk artist, låtskrivare och vokalproducent som vid tidig ålder började skriva egen musik. Hon blev utslagen under kvalveckan i Idol 2009 men fick sedan skivkontrakt. Hennes debutsingel "I Belong To You" från 2010 blev en hit när den nederländske världsstjärnan DJ Tiësto tog med en remix av låten på ett av sina album. Hon hyllades också tidigt av den amerikanske kändisbloggaren Perez Hilton.
Sedan dess har Cazzi Opeia blivit en efterfrågad låtskrivare inom K-pop, vilket har resulterat i många förstaplaceringar på Billboard-listorna och samarbeten med stjärnor som BTS, Red Velvet, NCT 127 och Enhypen. Som låtskrivare har hon sålt mer än 20 miljoner fysiska album, strömmats över 4 miljarder gånger och har mer än 1,5 miljarder visningar på RUclips.
Hon vann priset för Årets internationella framgång 2021 vid Musikförläggarnas prisgala. Tillsammans med Ellen Berg i låtskrivarduon Sunshine har hon tilldelats den svenska regeringens hedersomnämnande för insatser av särskild betydelse för svensk musiks internationalisering.

Sending Cazzi to Italy with a song called "I can't get enough" would have been the biggest troll ever for Italians. What a shame she didn't win!

Fun fact: After the final she went to the back of the arena to do some interviews with media, and despite a lot of journalists trying to get her attention she took a lot of time to interact with the audience that was still there, and even took pictures with a lot of us. I think that was so nice of her, and I believe her colorful and happy vibe is exactly what we need right now :)
Synd att hon hamnade mellan två storfavoriter. Man liksom glömde bort henne. Hade nog gått bättre om hon var tidigare. Men oavsett det är hon ändå fantastisk. Låten är ju årets guilty pleasure!

Cazzi went from 4th in the semi to reach the final and it was super deserved. I personally feel she should've placed higher
Mest underhållande, mest färgglada och mest medryckande låten i årets Mello. Bästa enligt mig.
I researched her work as it said she has worked with multiple kpop groups/stars and dayum! she has helped to write a lot of my personally favorite kpop songs, like we are bulletproof, tamed dashed and secret secret so she’s definitely not a nobody:)
She also had written some of TXT and TWICE's songs. What a talented woman she is. Wish to she her compete again next year

When Loreen recently performed at the MF and I saw Cazzi Opeia sitting there in her team and Loreen then used "Huhuuu huhuu" in her song, my spontaneous answer was: Yep.
