Right now i am playing these games on dell 1080p hdr montior some times i get washout out colours and then i need to tweak some settings… planning to buy lg oled will i get good hdr and accurate without doing such calibration
To answer your second part of the question, you can follow Classy Tech Calibration guides on RUclips for your TV (If there's no guide made by him for your new TV, return it coz it sucks and get something that he has given settings for). In games like Assassin's Creed you will have to adjust HDR Settings inside the game unfortunately, but it only takes 5 minutes if you're doing it right

Don't buy LG OLED. Buy Samsung or Sony QD-OLED.
LG OLED just isn't good enough compared to Samsung for the same price!
