Also Alina Sanko had a top 12 placement in Miss World 2019. I also think Miss World Russia 2015 and 1st runner-up of Miss World 2015 deserved to also participate in Miss Universe 2015.
in 2002 Oxana was also the only contestant without a US travel visa (she was using a san juan issued one) because of political conflict between USA and Russia, her's was denied and they almost had to send her back
