I took admission through josaa counseling thinking that I will not get chance to go to iiser but after cut-off of first round got released,there is good chance that I will get admission into iiser so is it possible that I can get admission in iiser in any way?
What is your rank ? If you've just paid josaa seat fees you can let it go and join iiser if you're interested but it depends if you get it in the upcoming rounds

Don't drop jee prep as selection ratio is very less in isi so jee should be backup for you and also do jee math and some additional topic of Olympiads like number theory geometry combinators and all but jee prep will also help uu
