We have a 10 hour bubble course for those who need it but if you know how to code it will just speed things up for you. The program has step by step tasks that you need to complete week by week to stay on track. It does not matter what country youre from as long as you can speak english it applies!

You need to identify and/or cultivate the audience. You should really identify if there is an audience for your application before you write even a line. If there is no audience you will never make a cent. No matter how good what you've made is.
You're looking at it backwards. You shouldn't start with the product. What I did is pay close attention to the things my boss complains about. Then, go away and create a solution. Brought it back to him and negotiated compensation (a percentage of a subscription fee).
