I applaud your efforts to take good care of Abriel! I have 1 advice… Please, please, PLEASE take Abriel to a barber regularly to keep his hair shaped. It’s important to moisturize his scalp and hair, and run a pick / comb / brush through his hair (unless he wants locks), but it’s also important for his hair to have symmetry and shape. The way his hair seems to be growing, you could keep the length low on the sides and back, with more curly length at the top, evening the length at the top. Without shape, his hair looks unkempt. Remember that people form their first impressions of him based on physical appearance - so this will help Abriel put his best foot forward at all times.
