I haven't read the manga for this arc what did they change exactly?
@@LegendsForever206 squad 0 gets clapped off screen after the auswählen (and the auswählen happens earlier).The last time we see them before they focus on Yhwach vs Ichibei is when Lille kills Oetsu. Uryu and Jugram don't even fight anyone there
Other noteworthy upgrades are the added scenes from the first captains fighting 1000 years ago and that "talk" between Yhwach and Ichibei, when Yhwach gets to share his reason in a much easier way to sympathize and loses the Almighty

From what I've read, the purpose of the recap was so Ywhach could open his eyes at the 9th minute of the episode.

We back bro Almighty is crazy. Ywach let Ichibei do his farewell dance then proceeded to merk him. Uryu Schrift is insane too

Yhwach's power explained (as of this episode, so no spoiler):
The Almighty:
1) He can see the future
2) Everything that he sees, he "knows"
3) Everything that he "knows" is POWERLESS before him and CANNOT kill him / harm him
This combination makes him invincible in theory.
("Knows" is referring to him comprehending everything within the future he can see, so basically he can comprehend all that he sees in the future and that cannot kill him)
IN CONCLUSION: All that he looks at (including the future he can see) is POWERLESS before him. Closest thing to a god in Bleach. He is the ACTUAL son of the Soul King.
The attack Ichibe used in the end (should completely erase your existence so rebirth is forbidden), was seen by Yhwach in the future and so Ichibe couldn't kill Yhwach with it.
In the last arc, in a flashback, Ichibe used the arm of the soul king to seal away Yhwach's "Almighty" eyes. Only a body part of the soul king can do that. Thats why Yhwach lost to Yamamoto 1000 years ago. His "Almighty" was sealed by Ichibe back then.
That was kubo's biggest blunder that power is stupid in the sense that anything that's gonna beat it is gonna have to be bs .
How did he unseal his eyes?
@@tegaogaga9277 its just that the power of the seal wore off after 1000 years. Thats when the 9 years of regaining power ended. U can also attribute Yhwach getting stronger from Auswählen and absorbing more quincies. But since Yhwach is the son of the soul king maybe thats why the seal could even weaken in the first place

i'm hoping ichigo's true bankai gets an actual ability in the anime, all he would need is something like fate negation and he would hard-counter his quincy grandpa

This part of the arc was one of my loved and hated arcs. I'm excited to see what changes or expansions it has and what reactors think of it.

The Zero squad conclusion was a huge letdown. The strongest soul reapers using their Bankai, that was also so powerful they had to seal it using their lives, couldn't kill any of the invading Quincies. At least a couple deaths would've been impactful, but the Zero frauds just got team wiped, no diff. Hopefully the rest of the fights are much better. The Zero squad was cool, but their ending was just so abrupt.
It's still far better than what we got in the Manga. In the Manga, squad zero is defeated off screen. We don't see their fight at all. Just their defeated corpses. The anime changed that. Not only did we see them fight, but we also got an anime exclusive Bankai.

Can someone explain to me how uru can beat a full power squad 0 member?
just a theory, but the sparks that were shooting out of him after he powers up seem to be Ywach's power being shared with Uryu and his body being unable to handle it. His Blut activates, meaning he's taking damage, but it seems to just be from the overflowing power. He does share the same letter as Ywach, so it's possible he got a boost when Ywach "opened his eyes"
Uryuu got three power ups yuha blood giving the A mark like Yuha himself he got another powerup from the Auswhalen when Yuha sacfrice the unnecessary quinicies to power up the royals and uryuu and himself and then when Yuha almighty awoke Yuha blue blood further enhanced the rest of the quinices so Uryuu got theee major power ups
It will make sense when they explain his schriff Antithesis
