    I don't have sciatica but I have disc degeneration, osteoarthritis and narrowing of my spinal canal but yeah I definitely focus on the pain too much and stressing about it knowing it makes it worse.

      Even there with the stressing out about pain. The good news is that when we focus on what we can control and have a solid plan, things get much better.

    Can you explain why my back hurts more the longer I walk? I stop bend over to touch my toes and the pain reduces. Then when I start to walk and slowly the pain increases. I’m confused because I was told that walking is supposed to be good for back pain.

      There are a number of different things that could cause this so I couldn’t answer without actually giving a one on one consultation. That said, things like muscle cramps, spasms, tissue capacity, strength, endurance, and even stenosis can potentially be factors, among other things

    Great video! I’m a horrible overthinker!
    I do have a question. On days my back pain is worse, my gerd also is getting worse. I do read about gerd causing back pain (which is not my case), but I can’t find any information about back pain causing gerd. I have mainly low back pain. But my whole back back and chest is very stiff and tense (during Covid I ended up extremely depressed and anxious which caused a lot of muscle tension and lack of movement). Are you aware of a link?

      Not a surprise at all. If you want my opinion on how to address this, watch the masterclass and then book a call!

    Shielding for muons takes my pain from 10 to 0 in 2 minutes. I have been using a shielding box for ten years. (I have adhesive arachnoiditis). Works the same for my wifes migraines, seizures and Fibromyalgia. I have told others about it and it works for them. Last year Havard showed that solar flares activate endothelial and inflammation, which was nice because people thought I was a tin foil hatter. So just fyi, when we hit 0 KP for more than a day, hips start really hurting and they have sciatica in several people I track for years, its like clock work, all mitigated immediately after entering into a shielding box. Also, there are random space weather spikes and tjen there are spikes that occur at the same time everyday, as the sun is coming up, 10pm -11pm window and one of the strongest windows that also trigger seizures is the 2am-3am window

      11am, 3pm and 7pm are thebother windows for space weather triggered pain.

      Only problem is one can live in a box, but all my downstream problems resolved after a few weeks, including early onset dementia, which lead to reversing dementia in another family member

    Aside from exercise, could getting a better mattress help reduce pain?

    • @ShapeshiftWellness
      @ShapeshiftWellness  9 месяцев назад

      Think even bigger! Mindset, exercise, education, nervous system regulation, nutrition… these are the most important things. A mattress is low on the list. Watch the masterclass to fully understand a holistic solution: www.shapeshiftwellness.com/LBP-masterclass

    I can take morphine and it would do nothing for my worst pain flare ups, some people with my condition have pumps that inject opioids right into the area. (Adheasive aracanoiditis) Do you have any recommendations for this condition?

      I’m really sorry you’re struggling with that pain! Generally we still want to include a multi-modal or holistic approach that includes exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. Watch the masterclass if you’re curious. (Link in description)
