It has not enough battery, put it beside your window to charge it up

1) In the Timekeeping Mode, keep ADJUST depressed (for about
five seconds)
2) Press START/STOP to toggle the time for the currently selected
city code between STD (standard time)/DST (daylight
saving time)
3) After the setting is the way you want, press A to return to the Timekeeping Mode.
