I love that bit about getting your finances and stuff right!!! One of my things was praying that God would help me become debt free completely because I didn’t want to enter a relationship with debt. He did that and I became 100% debt free past year. So just trusting God’s timing for the rest. It’s important to be the person that you are praying God will send to you !!!
It’s so hard to find love after 50 because they bring past hurt to the relationship because they haven’t healed. They bleed on people who didn’t cut them.

I will send him my devotion for the morning and scripture and sometime he gets home before prayer call is over and I have caught him listening.. lol. But he is so hard hearted and that’s hurts my soul.. 😢

I agree. My ex started hurting me by doing the very things he knew would hurt me. He'd even throw hooters in my face that he wanted to go with his brother. Knowing it's something we never agreed on from the beginning and for me it's very inappropriate. It shouldn't be a place my supposedly husband to be ought to be at especially knowing it'd hurt me. I didn't like things like that. I left him last year. Trust was breaking more and my heart. I'm sad still recovering and he married not even 6 months after the split. I deserve a husband who will value me, cherish me, treasure and treat me like God treats me. God is a gentleman.

I have worked on myself so much for four years. I lost weight and have good people around me now. I came out of an abusive relationship during covid. I took a vow of abstinence four years ago and my issue is meeting someone. I volunteered, changed churches, joined Bible studies, go to the movies with friends. I talked to 3 guys on the phone but didn't get past 3 days because they did not want a series relationship. Don't know how to meet. Didn't like dating apps. Like to meet face to face.
