As a citizen of a Commonwealth country, it is my adamant belief that they MUST be removed from the line of succession. Not only removed, but titles stripped...and I know I am definitely not alone in this opinion. Removing my country from the Commonwealth is something that has been gathering steam over the past years, something I have ALWAYS fought against...but I will cease fighting it if those two are not removed. Same here never heard of Meghan or her tV series. When I watched her wedding I did not realize she was biracial. I thought she was Italian or Spanish. Once I found out her heritage, didn't care, didn't make a difference until all the news paper articles. I am sick of hearing about her and Harry. i remember that shortly after her marriage with William, during an official ceremony, Catherine's high heel got stuck and the shoe had been taken out. The way she reacted, calm, dignified and even with a grin on her face told me that she got character and a strong personality, things that are hiden behind with her modest attitude mask. I'm almost 65 and went to a family event. I and others much older then myself had to get off our feet. Leave the monarch and others alone. They're human and have fragility. We have not managed the babies unfortunately, but we had the exact same conversation when my mixed race cousin [Asian and white Northern Irish] married a black South African. As a citizen of a Commonwealth country, it is my adamant belief that they MUST be removed from the line of succession. Not only removed, but titles stripped...and I know I am definitely not alone in this opinion. I can no longer hold back. I am a tanned skinned Pacific Islander, and my husband is Caucasian. Whenever I was expecting, the subject of the baby’s skin color was a common topic of conversation among native relatives and friends alike. It’s normal! My older islander relatives thought it my good fortune that my first two children inherited their father’s fair complexion! But when my youngest child was born, it was my husband who rejoiced over her tanned skin. “Finally!” he exclaimed, “My little chocolate drop”. Racist? Ridiculous! He thought it a thing of beauty! I venture to say that the possibility of a child with coloured skin was a negative thing to MEGAN! Why else would she bristle at the implication? I will personally attest that such bigotry is quite prevalent among people of color. The lighter you are, the better. Right, Oprah? The hypocrisy never ends. The Royals should just carry on. Poor Harry.

I am from the US. And I want to say that is despicable to accuse someone of race schism to sell books. And as far as Megan to get attention for herself. I am thrilled to hear that that book is not selling. I did not buy either one of them because I’ve always supported William and Kate. I remember an Indian doctor said that Kate brought darker genes that the Royal family needed and that the Wales children would potentially have a chance of darker more olive “cast” to their skin. Not considered racist then, and it shouldn’t be considered racist now. We always discuss the Ginge running in our family and rejoiced when one married a girl of Greek heritage and got two dark haired olive skinned beautiful children! I also found Meghan’s comment in the Horrid and Menacing Netflix show that it was disturbing to be suddenly treated as black very interesting. Is it Meghan who hates being biracial?

I'd suspect that they'd care more that she's American than mixed race, but, at the end of the day no one really cares. Modern white people really don't care beyond the normal thoughts that any other group might have and, quite frankly, it's racists to constantly have these things pushed on us. Meghan's appearance is the least offensive thing about her. It's time that we all take our personalities, and actions, into consideration, and be more thoughtful about such grandiose accusations because if I use this situation as an example we all know damn well that the way that Meghan looks is the ONLY thing that got her this far in life.
