Videos like these are what I always love to stumble upon. Definitely inspired me to get up and dance around in my room ☺️
Greetings from the Nisga'a Nation ❤️
My beautiful people
Annoys me that everyone ignores the drummers. In the Dehcho we turn to them and dance for them to thank them for drumming for us.

What is the name of the song at the begining of the video? Thanks
Most song do not have a name, it's a standard drum dance. A Chanting rhythm but for me it's like a "Welcoming Song"
@@TrueNorthern23 is there a video on RUclips or a downloadable version of it? Mp3? Somewhere I can listen to it? Thanks I really like it
Where is this held
Ever year round in March, June, July, August and December , the community of Behchoko (Rae) Northwest Territories, Canada. They host a Handgames (stick game, guessing game) tournament and after the games they celebrate in traditional drum dance.
