Not gonna lie, I cried when it got to the part about her cutting. She had been broken just like he was and for him, a killer, to say that she was pure and should rejoice because the broken are the more evolved? My wife had been through a lot of childhood trauma and it resonated so hard. Thank you for sharing your story and glad you came out stronger on the other side.
So sorry for the history this film might have brought back up for you, the fact that you are able to openly air that takes a lot of courage. This film is very dark and ty for sharing. That being said the ride isn't over looking forward to your Glass reaction if you choose to watch it!
Maaan I still remember my reaction sitting in the theater then hearing that familair theme starting to play towards the end. Me thinking in my head "this music is from Unbreakable" then that diner scene. Hearing the dialogue of the people watching the news then finally seeing Bruce Willis. I literally stood out of my seat when the realization hit me! Then Bruce Willis confirming it when he said Mr. Glass. This was just mindblowing because it was a 16 year later surprise twist. M. Night Shyamalan is a beast for that! It was legendary! Great reaction btw!! To this and your Unbreakable one.
@@amylorraine3776 It certainly was! I'm zen-silent in movies, but watching this I recall shedding a tear when the Unbreakable music began, not consciously knowing it, and then I was all like "NO F*IN' WAYYY!!!" at the very end. One of my very best cinematic experiences.
Yeah, i had always loved Unbreakable, and had gone to see Split not knowing about that ending...literally got goose bumps as the camera came on to Bruce and I realised where that familiar music was from..., and then realising after it ended that there was probably going to be another movie in that universe...one of the great cinematic moments.
it took me a while to watch Split when it first came out. I got turned off by M Night movies ever since After Earth but when I heard how this movie connected to Unbreakable and how good it was, I decided to sit down and watch it
Just watched your moving reaction. Shout out to James McAvoy for his wonderful performance. Bigger shout out to you for sharing luv. My heart goes out to you. Hope you can move on day by day.
47:12 He doesn't. That's the whole purpose of the alters...they shoulder the things he's unable to, which after the traumas he endured as a kid, pretty much includes everything. As you can tell by what he says...he's been in the dark for years.
The opening scene is in the King of Prussia mall (officially The Court and the Plaza at King of Prussia), just about 20 minutes from me. M. Night Shyamalan films all of his movies around the Philadelphia area.
The two girls that tried two get away are the two girls that put Hedwig hand under their shirt. So Dennis wanted to hurt them and the doctor kind of suspect it. Kacey wasn't really suppose to be there. James mickey is an excellent actor and I love the last two movies "Split" and "Glass".
Barry was the one whom they molested. Was it really Barry though, it may have been Dennis. How long ago did it take place? Dennis, patricia, hedwig, had been in control for a minute. If it was Hedwig, which the others probably did not let in the light on a whim, then it had to have been after the horde had taken control. Due to his power to take the light, he could have been jacking around the zoo and came across the cambridge ny hs girls that were molesty. I just don't understand why you think it is the 2 girls The Beast feasts on.
I tried to find something about them being from the Cambridge Ny hs but I could not. I didn't watch the whole movie though. I have seen it probably 20 times. I will admit I find new things every now and then though. It would be awesome if I missed that.
…I know all Whatchu mean… I felt the same exact way till I had a tragedy happen to myself…ok uhh it involved a motorcycle, a rider and me…but geez it went by so fast it’s kinda hard to remember everything…cuz I was only 14…when said accident happened…
At this point you gotta watch glass. Unbreakable introduces bruce willis as a hero along with sam Jackson as a creator of superheroes. Split introduces this as an antihero and glass introduces the fight between good vs evil and organizations trying to kill both of them
Kevin Wendell Crumb was *_not_* an antihero... he was a villain. _A (( _*_most_*_ )) _*_tragic_*_ villain, without a doubt... but nonetheless a villain..._ Edit:: I believe it would be (( *_far_* ))more precise to say he was a truly tragic *_victim_* of _The Horde_ which reside within him....
the way james switched between all the personalities with such small things and made them all so belivable, he deserved an oscar for this
Split is awesome. James McAvoy is a phenomenal actor and he deserved an oscar for that performance.
And the 3 rd one, Glass. Insane performance.

This movie made me realise James McAvoy is one of the finest actors around today.

This was a heavy film but James McAvoy acted his butt off. He was really good.

Oh I see, that makes so much sense.

None of us knew it was a trilogy either until that final scene.
The surprise that must have been!
The wordless looks exchanged between Casey and the police officer are profound and uplifting.
Great to see you got out of your domestic situation. Enjoying your reactions :)
what situation?? she has no video about it.... please enlighten me....
I am really sorry you had to go through that😢
If you want to see the beast, watch glass!
Damn this girl is beautiful
…I know all Whatchu mean… I felt the same exact way till I had a tragedy happen to myself…ok uhh it involved a motorcycle, a rider and me…but geez it went by so fast it’s kinda hard to remember everything…cuz I was only 14…when said accident happened…

I like your content. Just subscribed.
Awesome, thank you!
There are more things that relate them but you will see it in the third installment ❤
I'm sorry you had to endure that horror, yourself. Thrive from here on.
Lola Bunny without makeup.
I liked Split, but the other two are superhero movies? No thanks.
