@@janityy not true at all. Times are different. Technology and medicine have improved drastically. And also I believe you’re focused on the wrong thing. Yes, time does matter but it shouldn’t be the number one thing on the list. Being mentally stable, emotionally mature, financially stable and finding a good partner to help raise the kid is MUCH more important and something people should take more seriously. And having all of that before 26 is just unrealistic for so many people. So many messed up adults roam our earth because of their awful childhood caused by horrible parents who weren’t ready for a baby due to current lifestyle, uneducated, abusive(emotionally,verbally and physically), emotionally immature, financially unstable etc.
Also it’s important to find some sort of meaning of your life before children. And to live your life first because children take away your freedom and that can cause you to resent the child because you feel like you didn’t really have a life beforehand. Now that your life is all about them and not about you anymore. Same with goals, many people who don’t achieve the things that they wanted to in their life, will then push it onto their kids and try to live through them. So, live your life first!!!! Humans lifespan is increasing due to technology and medicine so there is time to have kids. You can always freeze your eggs.(if you have the money to do so, which is possible if you’re financially responsible/literate)
Last thing, don’t have kids because everyone around you is saying so. If you don’t want them, don’t have them. Even if you’re not sure. Wait until you are sure. Children are not accessories. They are human beings who will someday grow up and be their own individuals to navigate our earth. Don’t ruin their childhood because of your mistreatment and resentment because you didn’t want them in the first place. Be responsible. They can’t choose who their parents are.

I recently broke my engagement and I am 27. Family and friends were judging me when I broke my engagement because the person I was engaged to was cheating all the time. I know he wasn’t the one but my heart ache because everyone is telling me how in few years my chances if being pregnant is low and blaming me for not finding a partner. Everyone around me is married with kids. Everyone is making me feel I am going to end up alone. They tell me how I should take care of their own because I won’t have my one. Not everyone wants to have babies when they're still young. (I waited until I was 42yo. and it was the best time for me.) Financially by then we had all we wanted in order to send our child to the best schools, summer camps, the nicest clothes, toys, anything within reason. We traveled round the world too. Waiting has its benefits. I suppose I did that because I grew up in borderline poverty, since my mother had 4 kids by the time she was 21yo and 7 by the time she was 32yo. we were always the "made fun of" family on the block. We never went on a real vacation until I was 14yo. And it was because we kids paid our way with odd jobs. I vowed to be more responsible when I became an adult. My parents and we children lived with our grandparents (since they had money). Our gran bought us our first shoes and coats. There's good reasons to wait to have your kids!

I wonder how Kris would react if Kendall didn’t want kids? I think she’d freak out but idk why cause it’s perfectly fine not to want them, idk if I even want kids or definitely not until many years from now anyway.
