I'm just really unsure about the ability of that magnet to hold the rule as I'm running it down the width of a panel with my pencil in it to make a line. I suspect it will drift. It might be fine for laying out every conduit individually, but that's inefficient. Also, most of the time my panels are mounted before I can lay them out and the "Strut line" requires the square to rest against the back of the panel but the wall is there. Oh well, I think I will buy a "Holocater" instead.
