    It was really precise. The main thing is that you have a pleasing calming voice. I would prefer if you go into more detail about a complex ER- Diagram with giving out the number of tables needed. Thanks for the explanation.

    The explanation is definitely a good one, precise and easy to comprehend. Last but not the least very impressive and attractive handwriting! Just looking at the notes feels like studying..ahh! Amazing job, keep it up! Yes, u can deep dive into further more in-depth concepts related to complex ER diagrams and do explain discriminators once with a bit detailed explanation. Thank You!

  • @samanosuke95

    im sorry but that is noch correct what you said in 7:08, there should be two tables: Account(acc-no, balance) and branch (branch name, city, assets, acc-no (acting as foreign key))

    • @chhayrithhy8618
      @chhayrithhy8618 6 лет назад +1

      Yes you are right that it should return two entity set. But one more thing based in what you've said, if acc-no acting as foreign key after doing relationship, so the entity set still can't uniquely identify since there is no primary key?

    • @BarbhuiyaDilwar
      @BarbhuiyaDilwar 6 лет назад +1

      you are right, as Branch is a strong entity it should have one primary key.
      In three ways we can map 1:N or N:1 relationship to relation.
      1. Foreign key approach( as she did)
      2. Merged approach( in case of Total participation on both sides).
      3. Relationship relation. (creating a new relation for relationship)
      Assuming N:1 relationship between Account and Branch( as nothing mentioned, only Participation are given)
      In case of FK approach we add the PK of 1-side as a FK on N-side.(assuming BranchName as PK of Branch entity)
      Relations are : ACCOUNT(Acc.No(PK), Balance, BranchName(FK)).
      BRANCH(BranchName(PK),Br_city,Assets).
