He has a mechanic that a lot of players aren’t aware of and as a result don’t use - the running and/or twirling caused by his C5 Parasite (on PlayStation this is SSSST or SSSSTT while in FFB) When C5 Parasite is performed it causes enemies to be caught in Doflamingo’s strings and he sends them running first, and then spinning in place after (if you press T a second time). This has the following effects: 1. It does massive damage to heath and armor to both the enemies caught in his strings as well as any surrounding enemies 2. It fills the special gauges almost instantly 3. Refills the FFB gauge when used in conjunction with the Worked Up skill. This effectively allows Doflamingo to remain in FFB for the duration of a stage provided you have enough fodder to hit with Parasite What I want to point out here specifically is the second effect where it fills the special gauges almost instantly. This is first made clear when you want to get into FFB but the application that most don’t know about is how it allows Doflamingo to fire off Ever White twice in a row which makes him extremely potent The first portion of Ever White (when it comes out) does a good chunk of damage and if you can do this twice in a row that’s two times you can hit enemies all around you while setting up the tentacles for additional support The way to do this is like so: 1. Use C5 Parasite 2. As the enemies are running away (or twirling) immediately use Ever White 3. Pay close attention to your Ever White gauge. If you did it like I show in the video you will have it available for use right away. You’ll notice a couple of instances where I am unable to use Ever White a second time because the enemies caught in Parasite got KO’d instead of continuing to run or twirl Although this can be accomplished without Top of the World provided there are enough enemies, equipping Top of the World pretty much guarantees it so I recommend using the skill Ever White has great synergy with Break White as the tentacles that are set with Ever White are also the ones that shoot in in the sky when you use Break White
