I sense the double-edged sword, mate. Sharing your most precious place with RUclips to keep your business going, yet regretting sharing this amazing place and hoping it doesn't explote it and bring bad tourism. Tough call. Loved this video a lot. Your personality shined through. Thanks for sharing. Very well done.
Thanks mate. Thankfully the inaccessibility helps keep a place like this safe, along with national park limits on business operators. I’ve been shooting these areas for many years now and sometimes a single frame just doesn’t do it justice, so it’s nice to now show it from another perspective. You’re right though, there’s always two sides. Always appreciate the support 🙏🏻
@@WilliamPatinoPhotography It’s not on you. In fact, the way you share it, introduces the beauty and hopefully educates. We need a lot more like this. 🙇♂️🙏
Absolutely wonderful video. The photo of the sunrise near the end of your video is one of the most spectacular photos I have ever seen. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you so much. The light moved so fast, I didn’t think I got anything, but we managed to make it work in a the brief moment we had haha. Thank you.
This place just blew me away. Didnt want this video to end. Makes you forget all the rubbish in the world. If only people had access to these places, may be the world would be a better place. Thank you for sharing this . Amazing. Truly stunning
Thanks so much. Ironically, problems arises when too many humans have access to such places. We can all escape and find our own slices of wild, quiet places though. Glad I could take you there through this video and images though 🙏🏻
Hi from Oz, another brilliant video William. I guess there's beauty wherever we live, it's just a case of seeing it isn't it mate?. What a stunning place to visit. I can only dream of having your gift of seeing the scenes the way you do. Simply stunning mate, thankyou so much for sharing.
This really did blow me away. So engaging, appealing... hypnotic. Unbelievably good to look at, listen to, absorb everything. Can only dream about being there too. Awesome, William.
Wow... ! I would think that for anyone on this trip it can only go downhill from here! This was phenomenal. Even with my little camera I think I'd need about 10 petabytes of storage to come close to capturing it all. LOL
Loved this, William! Looks like heaven. NZ is at or near the top of my bucket list. Hopefully one day I'll be fortunate enough to join one of your workshops.
Loved the video mate! Such a special place down there, when I first started my fishing career I worked out of Charles sound, I will never forget the atmosphere, sights and sounds. Pure Salt has been on my list since I did a ticket update with Maria and she told me they were just getting started. Hoping to show my wife the area, perhaps one of you trips might be perfect for us... Cheers
The editing, BGM, locales and the protagonist are just top-shelf! Absolutely love the quality and content of your videos, Will. Thanks for transporting us right into the wonderland that Fiordland is.
Thanks so much brother. Need to get you down in the Deep South again! My bud @cam_snaps handles all the video work. He really did this trip justice. Cheers mate!
Epic video of epic scenery! It's getting me excited and inspired for my first trip to NZ in October. I've got both Milford and Doubtful Sounds on the itinerary, and I'm just hoping the weather cooperates.
@@WilliamPatinoPhotography Tell me about it. I live in San Diego where we can go days or even weeks without a hint of a cloud certain times of the year. 🤣 That, or it's the flat marine layer during "May gray" and "June gloom."
Your whole video was wonderful, Will. What a fantastic experience for the participants! Really enjoyed coming along via your beautifully filmed video...thank you!
Reasonable!! Omg that looks amazing! If you weren’t so far I’d have signed up already 😁 apart from the catch your own dinner part, my meat grows in the shelves at morries 🙈
This really did blow me away. Unfortunately, this will remain a dream to be able to visit your regions unless the lottery pleases to give me the right number for the million. But I learn a lot from your videos to read the landscape. Because it works the same way here in Sweden
Great video mate! Views are breathtaking, really need to start broadening my horizons here in the UK and start adventuring more. Somehow Dont think it will compete with what you have in NZ though 😅
Hi Will, I am so impressed with this insight to your trips. Everything looks an awesome life experience for anyone. The landscape, weather, boat, facilities, food... that huge lump of perfectly prepared meat was amazing... the wildlife, the humour, and the inspirational professional, you, determined to make sure everyone learns and comes away with photographs and an experience they won't get anywhere else. Top notch!
Not many left in the world. The arms of the fiords are typically calm but heading closer to the sea can obviously get quite wild, which does make for good photography :)
Thanks for sharing Will. Just spectacular - I can't wait for our workshop in November! I can see why you moved to NZ - it's so beautiful!
I’m looking forward to it! ☺️
Always been a massive fan of your work Will and your passion, keep up the good work man!
Thanks so much mate 🙏🏻
Such a great video! I want to come ❤

Stunning! Can't believe how glassy that water was at times.
It's magical, especially at blue hour, carving through the waters like silk.

Awesome. There's no such thing as bad weather here. If anything, it's just sunny days which are your enemy, haha.

Aren't we blessed to have areas like this. Would love to get down there sometime.
Is it usually that calm in the fjords?

Bucket list. A great time and experience from the looks of it. Hopefully one day. Winter in NZ? When did this one take place?
Thanks mate. Yep, I generally do these in winter. June :)
@@WilliamPatinoPhotography Thank you!
Incredible! This is now on my bucket list. William, I checked out your website and am wondering, summer or winter, what's your fav?
Thanks mate! Winter all the way 💙💪🏼
Great video. I'm just trying to decide what looked best, the scenery or the food??
It’s a tough call! 😅
