The thing I love about action is that this is obviously a food show, but he doesn't try to critique any of it at any point. He only seeks to ENJOY each and every dish and appreciates the people and the effort that went into making them. It's always an uplifting experience during each video
I think when you watch regular food shows, you get crap inauthentic reactions from chefs or critics going to restaurants they've never heard of, but i think the whole point behind this show is Bronson just showing us all the places he loves and sharing it with us.
He def scaled it back quite a bit in a way that didn't mess with the core of the show at all. It's just that now he's taking us mostly to places where he's built a relationship with the owners and chefs. He def knows how to navigate that space in a way that simplifies it all. All he ever needed was something he's passionate to talk about, and a couple cameras. His natural charisma and humor does all the rest of the work.
