Edit2: Actually, After the hacker unlock back the computer You must Immediately Go to Task Manager and end task And Immediately set your firewall on And For anti virus If you don't have You can Delete the Trojan files personally or Just An Optional you must install. But recommended to install one
That is why I regularly clone my system to multiple hard disk and unplug the device from any form of connections. The minute if my system have any malware or ransomware, I will use another PC to immediately destroy the current volume and restore the cloned data. No need to reinstall Windows back.
