When u start the match (or whenever u have enough power), just use the special, don’t move (as in dont command swipe) then eventually after like 3-4 specials u wanna start moving back and by that point u should have infi power and be able to spam, by this point the time it takes to refresh the special will be too short for the character to move on their own

Critical chance.

The 4% Attack boost is base attack. So it barely helps. Your get more attack by making your talents +crit chance, and having more +attack on gears.
BN batman will do more damage with vixen because of class ascension base attack
