I think it would be best if u had let the avovado dry out in the sun for few days b4 boiling it in the oil, that way less water would be in it.

You are right 👍 but what if there is no sun?
If it has dried with sun or other means, then there is no need doing the hot process infusion... It's just go straight and extract the oil.
Jus in case there is no sun dear.
