Was about to drop a banger comment this Thursday about how thankful I am for the podcast, but I’ve been fooled by this video into thinking there was an early episode. You’ve ruined thanksgiving, Emily. My disappointment is immeasurable and my week is ruined
It’s so crazy seeing this; I actually picked up a pie from Blandino’s the other day. XL Meat Lover’s. Didn’t catch Greg, but instead was greeted by I guess the new guy; he managed to spend 2+ minutes telling me about the updates on meat sourcing new recipe for my pizza without making eye contact with me once. Weird kid… Blandino’s has always been amazing; still is. The change to the Meat Lover’s recipe is definitely very noticeable, but to my tastes it’s a big change in the right direction. Flavorful and super rich. Garlic knots were fire too, as always. Would give the food 6/5 ⭐️ if I could. Thing is… I’ve known Greg for years so I trust his judgement, but at the very least this new twerp up front needs to work on his professionalism. To be totally honest, (and Greg I hope you read this) I’m not sure whether he is even worth the hours they’re paying him. The little asshole wouldn’t stop ogling my abundant chest hair, despite having the audacity to print his entire full name on his name tag “You can call me: QUINCY CROMWELL”. Even went to try to pet my service dog without asking or even LOOKING at me (and he got bit too, instant karma!) The pizza is obviously way too good for me to not overlook the service, especially with the new recipes, but Blandino has been able to do it with standouts service for so long anyways. I really hope they don’t ruin a good thing down there.
I watched the full podcast episode, but on the side, and I thought I recognized the name Blandino... but I didn't recognize the segment... until I saw the end where I did notice that part. I TOTALLY GLAZED OVER THE WHOLE BLANDINO'S PIZZA THING and I'm glad I saw this now.
