I love Cove system. I have had cove for about two years. I have the plus package and I don’t have any complaints about Cove. It is way cheaper than ADT system that I used to have.
I went with Cove- Big Mistake, Cove will not call you they first send you text messages like that is going to help & provide any protection 3: AM when 3 home invaders are already in, then after they ransack the home you will get Coves 3rd party call center calling you 4-8 minutes after your alarm sounded, hopefully you can still make it to the phone. If you are out at work Cove long phone call response time gives the criminals a head start. Instead of calling within 30 seconds like ADT did. I returned 4 of Cove's glass sensors they do not pickup broken glass. They have not fixed any of my concerns expecting fast phone response time is reasonable Cove refuses to fix it. How does a phone call that comes in 4-8 minutes after an event protect anything? Right it does not.
My Cove outdoor camera is offline with no way to reset. The only QR code is on the box it came ,not on the camera itself. There is also no reset button!
I've watched many of your videos and this definitely helped my research into this product. An unrelated question though, what is the device behind you that has the weather, calendar, to do list etc.?

So I did reviews on systems in Canada,,,Front Point seemed to be the best....I called and built a package....free cam etc. But I did another review,,,the app doesn't always notify you when a alarm goes off!? And I was ready to pay $50 a month•°•!!! Wtf So is CoVE Canadian too? I'm so sick of shit not working....thanknGod I didn't pay yet
Frontpoint has the WORST customer service of any providers I have ever used. I moved, and 6 months later they still won't answer their customer service line to cancel!! I had to call my VISA to stop the payments and now billing is threatening collections. By the way, they answer the phone in 2 rings!!! They won't cancel now because I haven't paid the last month!! AWFUL... try ARLO!

What I'm amazed at is that they think as a corporation the people will pay $35 a month for continually upgrading this technology. People are hurting these days grocery prices have doubled. Yet I'm supposed to what to buy cameras, alerts for my windows and doors. Totally effing ridiculous. It's very cool technology. It's NOT very cool in our society right now. I'm more likely to give $350 and $35 a month to the food bank in my area. Or drop in and give 5 $100 bills to the homeless shelter around here that needs more space.
Cove is the exact same as alder security and alder is complete trash and cove uses the same exact equipment so thats a no for me. Still think simplisafe is the best out there but i do appreciate your video and review.
Cove is the worst company ever! I get so many false alarms. They said they would replace my panel but they cancelled the replacement so they could get new customer's orders filled first. I need a lawyer
This is the worst system ever. I spend more time on the phone and more time receiving replacement cameras than I do enjoying peace of mind. The cameras suck. Battery life is garbage. And if you dare change your router, wifi network or password, gawd forbid- you will need a new camera. Resetting is a waste of m%#*{+# time!!!!

Sounds good, but I'm too old and lazy to upgrade from my 135 pound rottweiler and pew pews.
They're NO different than most, but they are on the pricey side when adding on the hardware...etc
