you indicate select settings and then more options; mine does not have more options

If the time setting is not in the watch, the only way is via connection. When you successfully link the watch to your smartphone, the time should automatically adjust itself to your smartphone's time. Now, if you have tried the ways outlined in the video and still, none of it worked for you, there is nothing else I can do. Better still, you can get a new watch with 12 hrs function.

Check the settings and look for the QR code and scan it with your mobile phone camera. If your phone camera can't scan QR code, download one from your app store.
2nd way is to type your watch name with app in Google search. Example... "Hw12 watch App" or "How to setup Hw53 watch app".
