Checking out Oki's music, it's usually one repeated riff played over and over. Anyone have any recommendations where he really showcases the instrument and isn't relegated to the act of being a simple loop? His singing is more appealing than the playing but that's just because anything looped is boring. I hope I find something he really let's loose.
HE's a folk music, their is complexity in the loops. Learn more about the genre and then you may understand. Dont expect musicians to do what you wish.
