- Judgment has been reserved in the urgent application launched by expelled founder of the Umkhonto weSizwe party, Jabulani Khumalo.
He says the the IEC violated Regulation 9 of the Registration of Political Parties when it registered former President Jacob Zuma as the leader of the party ahead of the May polls.
Khumalo wants the Electoral Court to order his reinstatement as the party leader on the IEC's records.
