Maine poori physics, chemistry and zoology within 4-5months me complete kar li thi.
Agar mai kar skta hu toh you can also do it.
Be consistent in study and follow any one teacher.
He will take you to your dream.

And also should I read the ncert of physics or solve only the intext and exercise questions
[I haven't done anything in physics😶].
I studied from MR SIR.
I never read NCERT for physics and did not solved any ncert questn.
I only read NCERT summary points.
If you analyse the two papers of neet in 2024 you will see statements were from summary points.
Try to focus on making concepts crystal clear instead of solving NCERT questn..
Droppers have less time.
Detailed lecture of MR sir or one shot??

One of my strong subject was physics.
So for this I watched lectures of some of my weak chapter of class 11: MECHANICS( upto gravitation) ,OSCILLATIONS, WAVES. only.
Rest I studied from teachers notes.
