As a foreigner living in Danmark i agree with all good things said in this episode, but there are also problems besides the weather and lack of sunlight... Healthcare is free but the doctors are very dismissive, there is also a some prejudice based on race, religion and nationality (not as bad as in America, but still very bad)

I don't think its the population size, but more the area that the US covers and the demographic within the country, making it hard to have a solid overall infrastructure that could sustain and make sure treatment could be given to all.
