The first one actually became a missle.
Artsy Roosh that’s what I was thinking glad I’m not the only one thinking that
imagine if it was a nuke the country would of nuked itself
Tricky Technically no, as the warhead arms itself in a later stage.
Rushil Johal Imagine if the rocket blown up and crushed into the white house!
That was a Russian proton rocket. It uses INCREDIBLY toxic and carcinogenic fuels, so that failure was horrendous for the environment
I just want to point out that the first one, a Proton rocket, steered that way because someone physically hammered three of the four guidance sensors in the rocket upside down.
seriously? was curious, looked incredible. Amazing how one little thing like that can result in sheer disaster
YOU HAD ONE JOB JIM
@@mediocreengineering6900 youre fucking fireed bob!!!!
Still makes me laugh to this day there were even arrows on the guidance sensors to make sure they were put in correctly
And the guy who did it was probably a brilliant and experienced engineer lol. We all make stupid errors haha.

The funny/ironic fact is we just all sat and watched 100's of billions of dollars worth of explosions for free in 12minutes. Beats fireworks shows
Nope,more like 2 or 3 billion
*Technically they hit my little drone. Smaller craft has the Right-0f-Way.*
100s of billions?? You could launch a Saturn V rocket to the moon for slightly more than 1 billion...

Kevin Byrne the last one looked like a GSLV,I think.
You are correct. It was a GSLV [Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle] GSAT-5P, which exploded on 2010 December 25.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GSAT-5P
Yup. Thanks for the correction.
At 8:39, the rocket has not the shape of an Ariane V.
It is a Titan IV failure in 1998 : ruclips.net/video/ZFeZkrRE9wI/видео.html

I feel bad for the crashed ones. Imagine going to see a rocket launch off into space but instead it just starts breaking, flies downward, then crashes. That’s a day ruined right there.
most sad part about this: all the work, time and money they spent in this rocket(s)
@Exzenifyッ ahem, most of these seem to be remotely controlled, no pilots in the craft

Oh, it was just a pixel.
The rocket at 7:22 was a Chinese rocket that launch and landed in a nearby rural village. The Chinese government says only 6 died, but its speculated that between 200 to 500 people died in that explosion
Wow I hope it was only 6 even though the amount of destruction looked massive
Yeah china does that somtimes, just like Tiananmen square 1986
Who speculated that, 500 people is too much, no way a rocket can kill that many people, did the all live in one big house or what? I guess there is no real data here, you cannot trust the goverment, you cannot trust the anti goverment, also 200 and 500 is a big difference, did they just said random number?
Nah ain't no way china trying to cover up the massive death count after that

1:17 Mr stark i don't feel so good
Mr. OP YT oh no... why did you have to remind me that he died, great now I’m crying >;ccc
Some expensive firework there, but spectacular I have to admit.
Those explosions are glorious
Surprised the range safety officer didn't destroy the first rocket as soon as it tilted beyond 30-40'. It was clearly a lost mission at that point.
Some countries refuse an expense that would just prevent death of some peasants and destruction that will probably cost a tiny fraction of the rocket's price..
You sure they have one?🤣🤣🤣
@@Halberdin rascal
I wonder if that makes it better, detonating the rocket at that height and with that velocity would throw debris everywhere, probably damaging more things that a crash in one place.
Russia doesn’t use range safety officers so if it goes wrong it can go really wrong especially for bystanders and nearby towns.
Launching a rocket successfully is very difficult. It is in fact rocket science.
Who would have guessed... :D
I’m scared 😱
Even after decades of development the learning curve keep being steep. If it is like this at sea level, I can't imagine how hard must be getting a rocket to work in the vacuum of the space let's say to lift up a lunar module or so.
4:25 that firework 😂😂
Insert coffin dance here
It's actually pretty scary cause that rocket could fly towards the crowd and make it there before anyone could get a safe distance away
Dont forget about the debris
it will be remotely detonated, or sent to the ground
That's why, when you see it hurtling towards you, you don't just walk away.
You *jog* away!
Just when i got to thinking " well at least all of them got in the air" the one in the middle of the ocean ruins it for me
